Green Tomorrow

Green Tomorrow formed at Richtig Haus in Whitby in 2006. The organization came together as a group of citizens interested in working toward cleaning up the expanding urbanization of Whitby, ON. The driving forces behind Green Tomorrow were the Board Chair Kyle Richtig, Vice Chair Judith Amesbury and board members Randy Nicholas and Andree Wagar.

Green Tomorrow partnered with the Town of Whitby to clean sites from garbage, Thickson Woods Land Trust (TWLT) to clean out invasive garlic mustard from Thickson Woods, and with Durham Region Field Naturalists in creating the Butterfly Garden.
